The questions you're about to ask.
What counts as a "report"?
A single FISP-compliant PDF for a single building filing. It includes every drone photo you uploaded, every AI-suggested defect, every classification you approved or overrode, and the full audit trail.
One building equals one report, regardless of size. A 30-story limestone co-op and a 6-story walk-up are both one report. If you need to file the same building in two separate sub-cycles, that's two reports.
What happens if I exceed 50 reports on Cycle?
Additional reports are $149 each — $100 below PAYG pricing — with the same audit trail and retention terms. Buy one whenever you need it from your Projects page. No re-provisioning, nothing to renegotiate.
If you're consistently above 60 reports per year, Portfolio is cheaper on a per-report basis. We'll tell you when we notice — it's not our job to sell you the wrong tier.
Can I start on Report PAYG and switch to Cycle mid-year?
Yes. Email us before you start Cycle and we'll credit any Report purchases from the previous 90 days toward it. Your existing reports and audit trail carry over untouched — no migration, no data shuffle.
The only thing that changes is that your next report is included instead of billed.
Is my QEWI license verified? On which tier?
Every tier. Before your first PDF export, reply to your welcome email with your QEWI license number and we check it against the New York State Education Department's public register. The audit trail has to tie a real, active license to every stamped report, and the DOB will check.
Today that check is done by hand. Automatic verification, including lapse and renewal alerts, is on the roadmap.
What happens to my reports when my Cycle subscription ends?
You keep full read-only access to everything you filed — forever. You can re-export existing reports with no additional fee, download the full audit trail, and pull any defect history you need. The only thing you can't do is create new reports until you renew.
If the DOB audits one of your filings three years later, you'll still have every AI suggestion, every reviewer override, and every timestamp on file. That's the point of the audit trail — it outlives the subscription.
Do you use my photos or reports to train AI models?
No. Customer photography and reports are stored encrypted, used only to generate your own outputs, and never enter any training pipeline — ours or Anthropic's. This is contractually enforced at the Claude API level and explicitly clause'd in our standard DPA.
Portfolio customers get a signed custom DPA on request. If data governance is a blocker, reply to the welcome email and we'll send the standard agreement before you sign anything.
Does WallEye handle Local Law 126 (parking garages)?
Not in the current release. LL126 is on the v1.1 roadmap but is a fundamentally different inspection rubric — different defect categories, different structural rules, different filing process. We'd rather get LL11 right first than do both badly.
If LL126 is blocking a purchase, tell us — it helps us prioritize. Until v1.1 ships, current WallEye is LL11 / FISP only.
Can I see a sample FISP PDF before I subscribe?
Yes. Join the waitlist and one of your onboarding emails links to a real end-to-end sample report: a live NYC building (address redacted), run through the full WallEye workflow, stamped by a licensed QEWI advisor. It's the best way to judge whether the output meets your filing standard.
